Decades, DECADES, I wasted buying whatever cheap-ass pasta and thinking it didn’t matter when I could have been buying this instead. I am a bad Italian. Superior texture, holds sauce better, bigger al dente window, available in regular ol’ supermarkets (or at least Big Y).
