Pass the Plate by Carolina Gelen

I’ve made like 15 things from this so far and they have all been keepers. Literally all hits, no misses. Not sure I’ve ever owned a cookbook that hit so hard right from the opening bell. I’m now known in our circles for making great banana bread, and it feels unearned because all I do is follow Carolina’s recipe to the letter.
