Adopting a Dog

I can’t believe I spent 40 years dogless, what a blunder! Don’t make the same mistake. I feel like we won the dog lottery twice—Louise for 11 wonderful years (got her when she was six) and now Percival (age unknown)—but it’s a hard lottery to lose.
