Misen Carbon Nonstick Frying Pan

I frickin’ love this pan. I hated having to replace teflon pans every few years and I’m happy to be off that merry-go-round. I’ve had it six months now and it’s still a perfect omelet pan so I think this one might be a buy-it-for-lifer. I can tell it’s not traditional nonstick when making scrambled eggs, but it’s workable and for everything else so far it’s a dream.
